There was no one near to film the drop, but it went well-here afterwards after the ball was rolled back to a good working location with the top sides in position.

Major score! David turned me on to a pile of scrap redwood from a torn down trellis. The 2x6s, 2x8s, and 2x10s are very dry and easy to cut, but big enough that I can avoind some of the piecing I've had to do with the longer arcs.
