Thank you for putting your art out there. I found it while riding along the trash fence, and it put a smile on my face. What a great idea. It also makes a fine end to the album of burning man shots.

sweet!!!!! thank you for making it...

We are the team that shot the documentary out at BM this year.

WE carried all the gear and cameras all the way out to shoot some footage of "the end."

we plan on using it maybe to start the film.... or to finish a chapter or segment.

great project. I have more photos posting soon. please use my photo as you would like. click the "all sizes" button above the photo to get the higher res versions.

hi wizzard,

THE END was by far my favorite piece of art on the playa! I am so glad you liked the photo. please go ahead -- you can do whatever you like with it! attribution and/or a link back would be nice; whatever works for you.

I was sitting with a friend for half an hour tweaking exposure settings on our point-and-shoot cameras trying to get just the right photo. we kept getting thwarted by nearby art cars (that's the red glow on the ground) and people walking by to crawl around inside, alas. :)

my friend may have gotten a slightly better photo; his PowerShot was loaded with the hacked CHDK firmware, so he was able to use more extreme settings. I'll ask him and let you know...

anyway, thanks for making that piece! I was tickled again when I came back another night and realized its convenient placement beyond the couch & TV set. :)

when I came back from BM, and everyone asked what my favorite thing was... well, all I said was "the end". unfortunately, it was one of those "you had to be there" types of things. I think they wanted some crazy story, but how can I put that into a story? it's just great art!

Yes, please! Feel free...

I loved this piece. The art this year was really unimpressive...there were a few pieces that I just loved and yours was one of them.
